This is an integrated solution with Adobe Acrobat for scanning and archiving documents
directly in to DocuShare. PDF-Archive makes scanning as simple as making a copy of
paper based information, and simultaneously archive it directly to DocuShare.
Predefined metadata in DocuShare are dynamically awailable from DocuShare to be
used in PDF-Archive.

What is unic with PDF-Archive for DocuShare, is the user
interface, where you have everything you need to be effective
when doing the archiving of scanned documents in to
DocuShare. Simultaniously you can add metadata to the
information. The number of clicks and menues are dramatically
reduced compeared to other solutions, and everything is
awailable through the same user interface.
